For over 20 years, I’ve walked alongside mothers during one of the most transformative seasons of their lives. As a certified labor and postpartum doula, I’ve seen firsthand how the right support can change everything — not just for mama, but for the entire family.
I founded Dynamic Duo Doula Services because I believe every mother — regardless of age, income, or background — deserves to feel nurtured, valued, and empowered during postpartum. My approach blends evidence-based care with Ayurvedic traditions and deep cultural awareness.
My mission is to disrupt outdated systems and provide community-focused support to ensure every mother feels seen and held during the postpartum period.

Labor Doula Services
Calm, continuous support before, during, and after delivery. Services include prenatal preparation, birth planning, comfort measures, positioning, and pain-coping techniques. Your doula provides advocacy, informed decision guidance, and emotional and physical support throughout active labor, birth, and the first three golden hours. A postnatal follow-up visit is included.

Overnight Postpartum Care
Restoring your sleep and supporting your healing. Overnight sessions include newborn safe sleep care, feeding support for breast, bottle, or combination, diapering, and soothing. Household help, emotional support, postpartum recovery guidance, and education on newborn rhythms and family adjustment. Designed to help parents sleep, recover, and feel confident.

Nursery Set up
A safe, functional, and peaceful space ready before your baby arrives. Services include room organization and layout planning, crib and sleep space safety reviews, dresser and changing station setup, and feeding station preparation. A newborn essentials checklist is provided to keep you on track. Personalized murals and painting are available upon request.

Thoughtful, stress-free celebrations for growing families. Planning is available for gender reveals, baby showers, sprinkles, Diapers for Dads parties, nesting parties, and welcome-home gatherings. From concept to coordination, every detail is managed with care. All planning is handled so you can enjoy the moment.
